At the outset of Genius, our model was a risky one as we only generated revenue if our customers used our platform, true Pay As You Go with an invoice at the end of the month if you chose to use the system.

It was a leap of faith we were willing to take. We knew we had a great product, and our model was to make that accessible to any business that could benefit without massive outlays or long term contracts.

Who could say no to that? We also knew that a great product on its own isn’t enough, we needed to deliver a robust, reliable solution coupled with great service.

We had learned all of these lessons the hard way, being in the customer shoes in previous businesses.
